Senior Group Financial Accountant

Distinct is working with a large, successful business based in Leeds with a global footprint, that is continuing to grow internationally. They are looking to recruit a Senior Group Financial Accountant to join its growing group finance team. This role is suited to a technically strong, chartered accountant ideally from a practice background. You'll be joining a collaborative and dynamic team in a fast-paced group function. The environment suits someone who wants responsibility, clear development, and exposure to varied work.

• Delivering group reporting, including preparing annual statutory and group accounts.
• Consolidating P&L and cashflows.
• Assisting with the preparation of annual statutory group consolidations.
• Reviewing integrity of balance sheet in line with group policies.
• Contributing to delivery of the year-end audit.
• Driving process improvement and supporting group finance projects.

• Qualified chartered accountant (ACA / ACCA).
• Experience in large, complex international organisations desirable.
• Comfortable working with Excel and accounting systems.
