Job Summary: Our client are seeking a Course Team Leader for Travel and Tourism to lead our curriculum staff team, ensuring the recruitment, retention, and achievement of students. This role involves teaching across various programs and managing the course team effectively, while also organising and developing the curriculum with enrichment activities.

The Role

• Provide leadership to a curriculum staff team.
• Teach across a range of programs.
• Manage the course team efficiently and effectively.
• Organise and develop the curriculum, including enrichment activities.
• Ensure high standards of student achievement and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within further education.
• Experience in teaching Travel and Tourism or related subjects.
• Familiarity with curriculum development and student engagement strategies.
