Senior FP&A Manager - Strategy, M&A & Financing

Equals is seeking a hands-on Senior Business Finance Manager for its London FP&A function. The role focuses on delivering the Board's strategic objectives, supporting M&A and debt/equity activities, and driving revenue growth and cost control across the business.

You will lead 5-year planning, budgeting, rolling forecasts and financial reporting to the Executive Committee and Board. Strong technical accounting, modelling and AI-enabled finance workflow experience are essential.
