As a Senior Practitioner, you will:
- Model outstanding practice in the room every day
- Lead by example, demonstrating high quality interactions and purposeful provision
- Support and mentor other practitioners, particularly apprentices and newer staff
- Help embed our curriculum and company ethos consistently across the setting
- Take responsibility for maintaining high standards of learning environments
- Contribute to planning, assessment and next steps at a deeper, more analytical level
- Work closely with the Manager and Area Lead to drive quality improvement

Key Responsibilities- Deliver inspiring, engaging learning experiences aligned with the EYFS
- Ensure high quality teaching and learning across your room
- Monitor children's progress and support staff in identifying next steps
- Promote inclusive practice and strong partnership with parents
- Champion outdoor learning and Forest School principles
- Support room organisation, routines and daily leadership
- Contribute to reflective practice and continuous improvement
- Has a genuine passion for Early Years
- Is confident leading practice within a room
- Can mentor and support colleagues positively
- Understands child development deeply and can apply theory to practice
- Communicates clearly and builds strong parent partnerships
