Senior Director, Adult Social Care & Innovation

Cyngor Castell-nedd Port Talbot is seeking an accomplished senior leader to shape the future of Adult Social Care. You will join the Corporate Leadership Team and provide strategic direction across services including operational adult social care, prevention and early intervention, and mental health.

You will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver better outcomes for adults and carers while sustaining strong financial stewardship in a complex public sector environment.
