Senior Customer Experience Associate - German Speaking

Integral Ad Science (IAS) is a global technology and data company that builds verification, optimization, and analytics solutions for the advertising industry.

We are looking for a Senior Customer Experience Associate to join our Finance team and own end to end solutions to address and resolve client issues while maintaining and servicing those relationships at the highest level.

Responsibilities

• Manage all inbound requests from designated accounts and provide strong support for client needs.
• Safeguard accuracy of contracts and customer data in Salesforce.
• Provide education to clients on IAS products and systems.
• Problem solve and handle client and data issues, liaising with internal teams to seek answers and drive resolution.
• Support multiple regions, teams, and stakeholders.
• Participate in team and/or one to one meetings, share updates with clients, management, and stakeholders.
• Carry out additional responsibilities and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns and relationships with customers or agencies.
• Extensive Salesforce experience.
• Excellent client service skills.
• Knowledge of order to cash process, analysis, and reporting.
• Hands on, detail oriented individual willing to be immersed in all aspects of client and finance functions.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Fluent English and German language skills are essential.
