Senior Customer Experience Associate - French Speaking

Job Description

Integral Ad Science (IAS) is a global technology and data company that builds verification, optimization, and analytics solutions for the advertising industry. The Senior Customer Experience Associate will own end to end solutions to address issues raised by clients while maintaining and servicing those relationships at the highest level. Someone with enthusiasm and energy, a keen attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast paced environment, and a team player looking for mentorship/coaching will be a perfect applicant. Responsibilities

• Manage all inbound requests from designated accounts with strong support of client needs
• Provide education to clients on IAS products and systems
• Safeguard accuracy of contracts and customer data in Salesforce
• Problem solve and handle client and data issues
• Liaise with internal teams to seek answers, understand the issue, and work toward resolution
• Provide support across multi regions and teams/stakeholders
• Participate in team and/or 1:1 meetings, share updates with clients, management, and stakeholders
• Handle additional responsibilities and projects as assigned

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns and relationships with customers or agencies
• Extensive Salesforce experience
• Excellent client service skills
• Knowledge of order to cash process, analysis, and reporting
• Hands on, detail oriented individual willing to be immersed in all aspects of client and finance functions
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Fluent English and French language skills are essential
