Senior Consultant - Incident Management & Application Monitoring

Senior Consultant - Incident Management & Application Monitoring vacancy for our Luxembourg based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Lead end-to-end incident life cycle management including identification, logging, categorisation, prioritisation, escalation, resolution, and closure
• Design and implement holistic monitoring ecosystems covering Front End applications, Back End processes, integrations, and file exchanges
• Develop clear incident reporting and communication strategies for business stakeholders and senior management
• Deploy and configure enterprise-grade APM tools to correlate events across systems and enable proactive prevention
• Create automated reconciliation checks and integrity validations for critical business outputs
• Establish standardised SLAs/OLAs across technology teams and implement major incident management protocols

Your experience/knowledge:

• Deep operational knowledge of incident management processes grounded in ITIL v3/v4 frameworks
• Strong technical experience with APM tools such as Dynatrace, Datadog, AppDynamics, or Splunk
• Proven track record in building monitoring solutions for Back End processes, batch jobs, and system integrations
• Experience with ServiceNow integration and automated ticket creation workflows
• Language skills: English
