Senior Commercial Property Manager - Grade A Portfolio

Macdonald & Company in Manchester is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations for a growing portfolio of Grade A assets. The role interfaces with facilities and operations teams to uphold high standards of management and occupier experience.

Salary is c£55-65,000 plus a comprehensive package. The successful candidate will drive compliance across sites, manage occupier relationships, and coordinate maintenance and budgets to ensure service excellence.
