Part-Time Facilities & Estates Manager

Retirement Villages Group is seeking a skilled Facilities Manager for The Priory Retirement Village, a part-time role over 4 days (30 hours per week). You will lead a small Estates team, oversee maintenance, safety, and service standards to create a welcoming community for residents, staff and visitors.

In this hands-on position, you will manage budgets, coordinate contractors, and drive continuous improvement while upholding high health, safety and compliance benchmarks.
