Overview 
Leading media events business seeks a highly talented senior Commercial Manager to join its sales team. The role involves selling exhibition and sponsorship opportunities at a flagship food and drink expo while managing a small junior sales team.
Responsibilities- Sell exhibition and sponsorship opportunities at the flagship expo.
- Develop a small team of commercial executives.
- Engage with key accounts and pursue new business through regular face to face meetings at industry events.
- Lead and support part of the sales team by providing guidance, training and professional development.
- Minimum of 5 years of exhibition sales experience.
- At least 2 years of line management experience.
- Proven track record of developing team members and driving sales results.
- Consistently meeting and exceeding targets in exhibitions and sponsorship sales.
- Highly organised and able to prioritise to maximise productivity.
- High emotional intelligence with strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Personable, enthusiastic and a proactive, solutions oriented team player.
£30,000 - £35,000 + excellent benefits.
