Job Description
Overview

Leading media events business seeks a highly talented senior Commercial Manager to join its sales team. The role involves selling exhibition and sponsorship opportunities at a flagship food and drink expo while managing a small junior sales team.

Responsibilities
  • Sell exhibition and sponsorship opportunities at the flagship expo.
  • Develop a small team of commercial executives.
  • Engage with key accounts and pursue new business through regular face to face meetings at industry events.
  • Lead and support part of the sales team by providing guidance, training and professional development.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of exhibition sales experience.
  • At least 2 years of line management experience.
  • Proven track record of developing team members and driving sales results.
  • Consistently meeting and exceeding targets in exhibitions and sponsorship sales.
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise to maximise productivity.
  • High emotional intelligence with strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Personable, enthusiastic and a proactive, solutions oriented team player.
Salary & Benefits

£30,000 - £35,000 + excellent benefits.
