From seasonal restaurant menus to signature afternoon teas , and elegant wedding breakfasts to tailored private events , our food offering is diverse, dynamic, and always evolving. As a Chef de Partie, you'll play a key role in delivering dishes that surprise and delight every time.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes across all sections, including:
Restaurant service
Afternoon teas
Weddings and corporate events
Supporting the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
Maintaining a clean, organised, and compliant work environment
Support team member to ensure smooth service
Contributing ideas to seasonal menus and event catering

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment (hotel/event experience is a bonus)
A genuine passion for cooking and an eye for detail
Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
A team player who's reliable, organised, and eager to learn
A strong understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
