• Driving end to end analysis across key tech + change initiatives
• Capturing requirements, mapping processes, and influencing senior stakeholders
• Partnering with Product, Engineering, and Ops to deliver smarter, slicker systems
• Playing a pivotal role in shaping a modern, scalable tech ecosystem

• A Business Analyst with strong experience across technology, change or digital transformation
• Someone who loves problem solving, collaboration and bringing structure to chaos
• A confident communicator who can challenge, engage, and influence at all levels
• Experience in FinTech, FS, or regulated environments is a bonus yet not essential
