What you'll be doing- Driving end to end analysis across key tech + change initiatives
- Capturing requirements, mapping processes, and influencing senior stakeholders
- Partnering with Product, Engineering, and Ops to deliver smarter, slicker systems
- Playing a pivotal role in shaping a modern, scalable tech ecosystem
- A Business Analyst with strong experience across technology, change or digital transformation
- Someone who loves problem solving, collaboration and bringing structure to chaos
- A confident communicator who can challenge, engage, and influence at all levels
- Experience in FinTech, FS, or regulated environments is a bonus yet not essential
- A genuinely exciting FinTech scaling fast
