Senior Building Systems Lead - Luxury Hotel Operations

Fairmont Southampton is seeking a Lead Shift Building Operator to oversee daily operation, maintenance, and safety of all hotel building systems. You will supervise other operators, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and collaborate with management on upgrades and policies.

As a senior role, you will ensure compliance with fire and life-safety standards, manage logs and parts inventory, and mentor junior staff while supporting guests and hotel operations through on-call duties.
