Senior Banking & Finance Associate - Growth & Impact

Itchyfeet client is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate to join their Jersey-based Banking and Finance team. You will provide commercial legal advice, prepare and negotiate Jersey transaction documents, and liaise with instructing counsel to manage Jersey transaction processes.

In this role you will prepare fee estimates, meet deadlines, and support Partners and senior lawyers. You'll also contribute to knowledge production and help develop junior teammates and business development initiatives.
