Senior Backup & Recovery Administrator (Commvault/Rubrik)- SC Clearance

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience administering Commvault and/or Rubrik environments.
• Strong backup, restore, and disaster recovery experience.
• Experience supporting VMware, Windows, Linux, SQL Server, NAS, and enterprise storage platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot backup failures, recovery issues, and performance problems.
• Experience with backup policy management, retention, replication, and reporting.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and operational support environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain backup and recovery services.
• Resolve backup failures and conduct root cause analysis.
• Assist with platform upgrades, migrations, and operational improvements.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and recovery procedures.
