Job Description
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience administering Commvault and/or Rubrik environments.
- Strong backup, restore, and disaster recovery experience.
- Experience supporting VMware, Windows, Linux, SQL Server, NAS, and enterprise storage platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot backup failures, recovery issues, and performance problems.
- Experience with backup policy management, retention, replication, and reporting.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and operational support environments.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain backup and recovery services.
- Resolve backup failures and conduct root cause analysis.
- Assist with platform upgrades, migrations, and operational improvements.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation and recovery procedures.
