Senior Automation Engineer, Medical Devices

Abbott Laboratories in Clonmel is seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to design and develop systems for improving efficiency in the manufacturing of medical devices. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in the field and a strong knowledge of PLC and HMI development.

This position requires collaboration with project stakeholders and oversight of the installation of automation systems. A Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field is essential. Candidates should also be prepared for a pre-employment medical examination.
