Job Overview

Front of House Team Member - Northampton Gym

Permanent, part time (24 hours per week). Salary up to £26,706.66 pro rata per annum, depending on experience.

We are looking for a confident, empathetic, and motivated individual to greet members and visitors, provide excellent customer care, and help create a friendly and professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional and efficient customer service to everyone who visits our club.
• Support the smooth running of reception, including attention to detail and initiative.
• Help create a friendly, relaxing and professional environment.
• Give a warm welcome, answer queries in a caring and helpful way, making sure everyone feels valued.
• Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo on site training to cover lifeguard breaks.

Qualifications

• Confidence and empathy in dealing with a wide range of people.
• Excellent communication skills, face to face and over the phone.
• Basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.
• Flexibility, motivation, and initiative.
• Willingness to work a 24 hour week and to undergo training.
