About this Role

BlueMark is seeking a London-based Senior Analyst or an Associate to join a vibrant team of professionals committed to delivering exemplary impact investing services. The position entails collaborating with client service and customer success teams, particularly focusing on investors based in Europe and Asia. The role involves active engagement in business growth, often necessitating contributions across multiple business functions, including business development and the enhancement of the BlueMark IQ platform. This position offers immense learning opportunities from internal leadership and prominent external stakeholders. It's ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals driven by a passion for impact investing and eager to contribute to the company's growth as a promising startup.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver BlueMark's core impact verification services collaborating with other impact investment professionals
  • Review and analyze client materials, and synthesize findings in alignment with BlueMark's service delivery rubrics
  • Draft client content and deliverables, lead segments of client presentations, and actively participate in client meetings
  • Support project managers in planning and managing client projects, including handling timelines, scheduling, and assigning responsibilities
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, handle client requests, and conduct interviews
  • Maintain effective documentation for projects, including note-taking, creating interview summaries, and ensuring document organization and accessibility
  • Work cross-functionally in areas like BlueMark IQ and Business Development
  • Support and train users on the BlueMark IQ platform and assist in resolving customer issues
  • Engage in sales calls, communicate BlueMark's value proposition, and contribute to proposal development
  • Represent BlueMark at various conferences and marketing events
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 2 5 years of work experience
  • Organized and detail oriented with multitasking skills
  • Understanding of capital markets with sustainable finance and impact investing
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Self motivated, flexible, and adept at working across multiple functions within a small team
  • High personal and professional integrity
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Able to commute to the London office at least once a week
  • Eligible to work in the UK indefinitely without sponsorship
