Full Stack (Web) Developer

Our client a well-established and expanding provider of specialist software require a Full-Stack (Web) Developer to join their team and help enhance the company's core digital infrastructure. This is a hands-on development role for a developer who thrives on complex, integrated systems, enjoys problem solving across the full stack, and wants to contribute to a mission-critical platform.

You will demonstrate strong full-stack development experience with Laravel/PHP for API development and Front End frameworks such as Vue.js (or similar), a familiarity with Node.js and experience with CMS platforms and content/data migrations.

In addition, you will have proven experience with relational databases (MySQL) and familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB). Experience with API design and integrations, connecting multiple business systems and an understanding of authentication, authorisation, and web security best practices. You will be proficient with Git version control, containerisation tools (Docker), and cloud deployment (AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar).

Candidates will be comfortable working with Linux-based web environments, including deployment, monitoring and maintenance.

This role will be mainly working remotely but there will be a need to visit our clients office in Gloucester, so ideally you will be within 60 minutes travelling time of Gloucestershire.

A salary of up to £48000 plus benefits is on offer for the right candidate
