Senior Adolescent Safeguarding Lead - Children's Social Care

Stoke-on-Trent City Council is seeking an Advanced Family and Adolescent Practitioner to lead frontline teams within Children and Family Services. The role covers adolescents and families affected by exploitation, risk-taking behaviour and harm outside the home, working with Family Help and partner agencies to deliver timely, coordinated support.

You will supervise frontline staff, assess and plan interventions, and ensure high quality practice across services, contributing to transformation and
