At Sunbeam House Services, we support adults with intellectual disabilities to live meaningful lives with choice, dignity, inclusion and independence. We're seeking a dedicated Person in Charge (PIC) to lead and inspire teams while ensuring high-quality, person-centred supports.

About the Role

• Lead and manage residential services
• Support individuals to achieve their personal goals
• Build positive relationships with families and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with HIQA standards and best practice
• Develop, coach and support your team to deliver excellent care

What You'll Need

• CORU Registration (or eligibility as outlined by CORU requirements)
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
• Leadership and people management skills
• Full driving licence and access to a car
• Current right to work in Ireland
