At Sunbeam House Services, we support adults with intellectual disabilities to live meaningful lives with choice, dignity, inclusion and independence. We're seeking a dedicated Person in Charge (PIC) to lead and inspire teams while ensuring high-quality, person-centred supports.
About the Role- Lead and manage residential services
- Support individuals to achieve their personal goals
- Build positive relationships with families and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with HIQA standards and best practice
- Develop, coach and support your team to deliver excellent care
- CORU Registration (or eligibility as outlined by CORU requirements)
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
- Leadership and people management skills
- Full driving licence and access to a car
- Current right to work in Ireland
