Reporting to the financial management, you will ensure the complete maintenance of accounting and actively participate in the quarterly and annual closings.Responsibilities:- Management of general accounting- Participation in quarterly and annual closings- Follow-up and processing of transitional postings- Management of inventories- Processing of bank transactions (notices, payments, cash)- Management of receivables (customer data, reminders)- Processing of supplier invoices and payments- Preparation and control of VAT returns- Occasional supportYour profile:- Degree in finance & accounting (federal diploma highly appreciated)- Confirmed experience (minimum 5 years) in a similar role- Essential mastery of the ERP ABACUS- Very good proficiency in MS Office- Fluent French, basic knowledge of German desired (B1 level sufficient)- Autonomous, diligent person, with a good team spirit- Ability to prioritize tasksThe position is to be filled as soon as possible!Does the announcement fit you?
