Project Manager for School Description of the Job As a project manager for school projects, your mission will be to contribute to the management of program X in education, taking into account the guidelines from the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH). Your role will be to work towards the development of collective expertise related to education and also to actively participate, if necessary, in the management of other projects where your skills will be useful. Furthermore, you will play an important role in promoting health with the various institutions linked to the Health Promotion and Prevention Unit in Schools (UPSPS). Responsibilities contribute, under the direction of the Cantonal Physician, in collaboration with the entities of the Cantonal Physician Office (CPO) concerned, the management of the X program in education according to the guidelines of the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH) adapt cantonal and federal directives to the educational context of the school manage logistical aspects related to the program (questions and information regarding regular vaccination coverage and impacts in school environments) organize and lead working groups when necessary; establish minutes; ensure follow-up on decisions made, if applicable, in accordance with the guidelines defined by the Cantonal Physician Office be a resource person for schools, inform and respond to adults and students when inquiries are directed to them collaborate with the service of the communicable diseases entity within the Cantonal Physician Office, to develop and enrich the actions and contribute to the development of other projects related to the UPSPS organize events, meetings, and sessions to promote partnerships and cohesion among partners ensure the achievement of set objectives, ensure the proper use of allocated resources, and contribute to evaluations in collaboration with the communicable diseases entity within the Cantonal Physician Office manage actions targeting partners, professionals, and others in relation to his/her area of activity, involving relevant teams draft or contribute to drafting responses to political objects, directives, and other relevant documents For more detailed information, please refer to the terms of reference by clicking here or contact us via email at Write a master's degree in social sciences or an equivalent title, ideally complemented by training in public or community health Minimum of 3 years of experience as a research officer or project manager Very good knowledge of the educational and institutional environment in Vaud Ability to carry out epidemiological surveillance, including analysis and synthesis methods, excellent organization and time management skills.
