3. Monitor and assess students' progress, ensuring that each child's needs are met and celebrated.

The Ideal Candidate for this SEND Teacher Role:

1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
2. Experience in teaching students with special educational needs, or a strong passion for SEND education.
3. A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach to teaching.
4. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
