This welcoming SEND school is looking to appoint a committed Key Stage 4 Teacher to join their team on a permanent basis.As a Key Stage 4 Teacher, you will work with small classes of students with a range of special educational needs, delivering a personalised curriculum that supports both academic progress and life skills development. You will create a structured, supportive and engaging classroom environment where students can build confidence, develop independence and work towards meaningful outcomes.The school offers a collaborative and nurturing environment with strong leadership and experienced support staff, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality teaching tailored to individual needs. This role would suit a patient, adaptable and enthusiastic teacher with strong subject knowledge and a genuine interest in supporting students with SEND. Previous SEND experience is desirable but not essential. QTS is required.Job Role:

• Teaching small Key Stage 4 classes of students with SEND
• Planning and delivering differentiated and personalised lessons
• Supporting students' academic progress and life skills development
• Creating a structured and inclusive learning environment
• Working closely with Teaching Assistants and support staff
• Supporting communication, independence and confidence
• Assessing, monitoring and recording student progress
• Contributing to EHCP targets and personalised learning plans
