SENCo Opportunities - September 2026 Lewisham & Surrounding Areas (Primary Mainstream)

With primary schools beginning to plan ahead for their September 2026 staffing needs, we are looking to connect with experienced and aspiring SENCos who may be considering their next step.

We are working closely with a range of mainstream primary schools across Lewisham and surrounding areas, supporting their upcoming SEN leadership planning and recruitment. As schools shape their provision for the new academic year, we expect strong demand for skilled and dedicated SENCos.

We are particularly keen to hear from individuals who:

• Hold the NASENCo qualification (or are working towards it)
• Have experience leading or supporting SEN provision within a mainstream primary setting
• Can confidently balance strategic SEN leadership with hands on classroom impact
• Are passionate about inclusive practice and improving outcomes for all pupils

• Full time and part time roles
• Salary range: £52,300 - £62,496 (depending on experience and responsibilities)
• September 2026 start dates
