Job Description

Salary: MPS £32,919-£51048 SE1 £2787 or NJC Scale Grade G(7) £29,486-33,166 Are you passionate about inspiring young people and making a real difference?

We're looking for a dedicated Construction Multi skills Teacher/Tutor to work in our specialist SEMH setting.

You'll motivate and engage pupils with complex needs, creating a safe, supportive, and hands on learning environment where every pupil can thrive.

If you're patient, resilient, and committed to helping learners build confidence, independence, and real life skills, we want to hear from you Lever Park Academy is a special academy in Bolton catering to secondary aged pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs.

Each pupil has an Education, Health and Care Plan, guiding a tailored curriculum that balances academic, vocational, and personal development to help them reach their full potential.

The academy maintains small class sizes, with a ratio of eight pupils to three staff members, ensuring individualised attention.

A strong emphasis is placed on building self esteem, resilience, and confidence, preparing pupils for life beyond Lever Park.

The curriculum includes a wide range of subjects, from core academics to vocational studies, personal development, and career education, all designed to address the complex needs of the pupils and equip them with the tools to become happy and productive members of society.
