We're on the lookout for brilliant Teaching Assistants to join a specialist school in North-West Bradford. It's a setting full of heart, humour, and pupils with a range of needs (including Autism and complex learning profiles). Classes are small, the team is mighty, and yes-it's easy to get to by public transport.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting pupils in the classroom (mostly 6-9 per group) and helping create a safe, calm, and engaging environment.

• Being a second pair of hands (and eyes!) to the classroom teacher.

• Helping with activities, prep, and making sure everything's ready to roll.

• Growing your skills and confidence working in SEND settings.

You'll fit in if:

• You're calm, patient, and ready to learn.

• You've got a good sense of humour and a big heart.

• You're up for working closely with an amazing team-including behaviour support, pastoral leads, and SEN specialists.

• You've got (or are happy to get) an enhanced DBS for Child & Adult Workforce on the Update Service.
