Key Responsibilities:- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with special educational needs
- Assist in the implementation of individualised education plans and behaviour management strategies
- Support students in accessing the curriculum and achieving their full potential
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to student support
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to the monitoring and evaluation of student progress
- Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant, preferably in a SEN setting
- Strong understanding of SEN principles and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting students with diverse needs
