About the Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Work closely with pupils with a range of SEN including autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, and social/emotional challenges
Provide one-to-one and small group support under the guidance of the SENCo and class teachers
Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Contribute to the implementation of EHCPs and tailored support plans
Develop your skills and experience in preparation for a career in psychology, education, or therapy

Ideal Candidate
A recent Psychology graduate (or related field)
Passionate about child development, SEN, and inclusive education
Previous experience working with children (voluntary or paid) is desirable
Patient, empathetic, and committed to making a difference
Looking for long-term experience in an educational setting
