Salary: £38,766 - £60,092 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to meet the diverse needs of secondary-aged pupils with SEN
Create a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment that encourages progress and engagement
Work closely with LSAs, parents/carers, and external professionals to deliver targeted support
Use assessment data to inform individualised learning strategies and EHCP objectives
Contribute positively to the wider school community and uphold its inclusive ethos

Candidate Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Essential
Experience teaching students with SEN in a secondary school setting
Strong classroom management skills and a proactive, empathetic approach
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
A genuine passion for inclusive education and supporting young people with additional needs
