Job Description
Gloucestershire Academy for Inspirational Learning is looking for a dedicated Pupil Coach (SEN Teaching Assistant) to join our team in Gloucester. This role supports pupils with SEN, helping them access the curriculum and reach individual goals in a safe, inclusive environment.
You will work with teachers and the SENCO, implementing IEPs and behaviour plans, and contribute to monitoring pupil progress while fostering independence and self-esteem.
