Job Title: SEN Teacher
Location: Park School, Chipping Norton, OX7 5QH
Salary: £31,650 - £43,000 per annum ( not pro rata )
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent, Term-Time Only
Start: October 2026

We are seeking an experienced Teacher with SEMH experience to join our fantastic team at Park School, located in Chipping Norton.
About the Role
As a SEN Teacher, you will take a creative and therapeutic approach to teaching, tailoring lessons to pupils' individual needs and ensuring delivery of the curriculum in a way that maximises their achievement and personal development.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a Teacher with SEMH experience who wants to spend less time on paperwork and more time creating engaging, meaningful learning opportunities for pupils with varied and complex needs.
You will work in a school where safeguarding is paramount and where pupils are respected, listened to, and encouraged to take an active role in their own education.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a Class Teacher experienced in SEMH who can teach across a range of subjects and who shares our vision to build incredible futures by empowering vulnerable young people to be happy, confident, and successful.
This role will be based at our Cotswold Lodge site, working with a small group of pupils. Experience in the independent SEMH sector and with SEN pupils would be an advantage.
The successful candidate will:
- Be familiar with and committed to a therapeutic approach to teaching.
- Demonstrate creativity, resilience, and innovation in the classroom.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
- Share our belief that every child has the potential to achieve and deserves the best possible education.
Requirements
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
- Educated to degree level.
- Experience teaching pupils with SEMH and SEN needs.
- Calm, engaging, resilient, and passionate about helping pupils reach their full potential.

You'll work 80% of your contractual hours for 100% of your pay, giving you more time to do the things that make you happy. 4DWW is subject to successful completion of probation and is not a contractual benefit
