Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and maintain IP CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems
- Diagnose faults, conduct rectification testing, and complete repairs on-site or at HQ
- Work closely with project managers, the sales team, and engineers to deliver integrated systems
- Travel to customer sites across the UK (including occasional out-of-hours work for events)
- Ensure RAMS compliance and complete all works to high standards and on time
- Support the move toward integrated ecosystems combining video, access, radio, PA, and more
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in electronic/IP security systems installation and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of platforms like Avigilon, Axis, Milestone, Paxton, Alta Access (Openpath), or Suprema
- Solid understanding of IP networks, PoE, switches, and cloud-based security solutions
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and deliver professional-level documentation
- Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK
- Willing to travel UK-wide and work out-of-hours as needed
- DBS required (or willingness to obtain)

Salary:
- £35,000-£40,000+ depending on experience (flex)
