We are currently recruiting Graduate Teaching Assistants to support a secondary school in Hackney, East London. This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated graduates who want to develop their classroom experience while supporting students across a range of subjects.

Responsibilities

• As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and students to support learning in the classroom. This may include assisting during lessons, supporting small groups or individual students, and helping to create a positive and focused learning environment.
• You will gain valuable insight into the day-to-day life of a school, making this an excellent stepping stone for graduates aspiring to become teachers.

About You

• A degree in any subject
• Experience working with young people (e.g. tutoring, mentoring, sports coaching, youth work or voluntary roles)
• An interest in education and future teacher training
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, proactive, and reliable approach
