The school works with students who have a range of additional needs including Autism, learning difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges.

In this Complex Needs Support Worker role, you will support students both in and outside the classroom, helping them engage with learning, develop independence, and build confidence. You will work closely with teachers, therapists, and SEN professionals to deliver personalised support tailored to each student's needs.

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
