Second Chef - Tandragee Golf Club

Tandragee Golf Club is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Chef to join our kitchen team.

Working alongside and assisting our Head Chef throughout the week, the successful candidate will help deliver high-quality food for members, visitors, functions, and club events.

Position Details

Approx. 35 hours per week
Overtime available during busy periods and events
Flexible working pattern including evenings and weekends when required

Key Responsibilities

Assisting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
Preparing and presenting meals to a high standard
Maintaining cleanliness and food hygiene standards
Supporting stock control and kitchen organisation
Assisting during functions, competitions, and busy service periods

Ideal Candidate

Previous kitchen or chef experience essential
Ability to work well within a team
Good organisational and time management skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Food hygiene knowledge essential
