We are supporting a leading private bank in Luxembourg that is looking for a Scrum Master to guide their teams through an Agile transformation within the IT Governance, Risk, Compliance & Portfolio Management function.

In this role, you will act as a servant leader and Agile coach, helping teams adopt Agile principles, improve collaboration, and consistently deliver value. You will play a key role in evolving the team's way of working, fostering self-organization, transparency, discipline, and high performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and facilitating Agile ceremonies, events, and artifacts
• Coaching Agile teams through their transformation journey
• Supporting Product Owners in backlog and product management
• Organizing quarterly planning sessions and facilitating team breakouts
• Managing dependencies and coordinating with other teams
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure clear priorities and shared understanding
• Identifying and removing impediments and supporting conflict resolution
• Promoting best practices, quality standards, and data-driven performance improvements
• Managing team capacity and delivery progress
• Acting as a change agent to promote Agile culture and behaviours
• Managing small projects in scope of the Agile team and adhering to internal project delivery frameworks

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• Scrum Master certification (mandatory)
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery, coaching, facilitation, and continuous improvement
• Knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro, and other Agile collaboration platforms
• Good understanding of the software life cycle and operational management
• Experience in the IT or financial services sector
• Experience with Temenos Core Banking (T24/TAP) is a strong advantage
• Excellent English skills and basic German skills are required; French or other languages are an advantage

This is a 100% workload contract position based in Luxembourg, starting ASAP, with an open-ended duration .
