Role: Graduate Cover Supervisor / STEM Specialist

Location: Secondary Schools - Barrow-in-Furness

Pay: £90 - £130 per day

Schedule:Full-Time & Part-Time Roles Available Monday - Friday (Term Time)

For a Science graduate, efficiency is key. This role is designed to let you focus on presence and communication without the "hidden hours" of education:

• No Planning: All lesson materials and resources are provided by the school. You simply walk in and deliver.

• No Marking: Your responsibility ends when the bell rings. No piles of homework to grade.

• No Admin: Forget data entry or parent evenings; your focus is purely on the 60 minutes in front of the students.

• Assertive Presence: You must be confident to manage behavior effectively, using a calm and authoritative approach to maintain a productive learning environment.

• Managing Dynamics: You will use your logical mindset to stay one step ahead, de-escalating disruptions and ensuring students remain focused on their pre-set tasks.

• Resilience: You'll need the "presence" to command a room, ensuring respect and safety are maintained at all times.

• Full-Time Stability or Part-Time Flexibility: Secure a steady income or work around your own schedule.
