School Premises Officer / Caretaker (Full-Time)

Location: Lewisham

Hours: 5 Days per Week, Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced and proactive School Premises Officer / Caretaker to join our friendly and welcoming school community in Lewisham.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong knowledge of school premises management, health and safety procedures, and building maintenance. A relevant degree or professional qualification is preferred.

Key Requirements

• Previous experience as a School Premises Officer, Caretaker, or similar role
• Strong understanding of premises management, maintenance, and health & safety
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Relevant degree or qualification preferred
• Strong understanding of COSHH
• Reliability, hands on attitude, and passion for maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for staff and students
