Are you an experienced and organised professional looking to play a vital role in the smooth running of a vibrant primary school? Cookley Sebright Primary School is seeking a dedicated School Office and Business Operations Manager to lead and manage our operational teams and business functions.

The roleYou will be responsible for managing our school office, site, kitchen, and administrative teams, ensuring efficient day to day operations. This includes financial administration, health and safety compliance, school kitchen oversight, admissions support, HR administration, and communications. Your work will directly support the leadership team and contribute to a positive school culture.
What we are looking for- Strong organisational and leadership skills with experience managing teams.
- Proven experience in school or business administration, finance, or related administrative fields.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
