Role: School Receptionist / Administrator
Rate of pay: £550 - £600 per week
Location: Birmingham - Knowle
Full Time Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:15pm

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting and canhit the ground running. The school specialises in supporting pupils withSEHM providing a dynamic, caring, and highly rewarding environment for both staff and students.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing front-of-house reception duties across school sites
- Providing administrative support to the wider school team and Senior Leadership Team (SLT)
- Building positive relationships with parents, staff, and visitors
- Managing pupilattendance processes
- Supporting safeguarding administration includingDBS checks, vetting forms, letters of assurance, and reporting procedures
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring strongattention to detailin all administrative work
Essential Skills and Experience
- Experience working within aschool reception or administrative environment
- Good working knowledge of:
- Arbor
- Sign In App systems
- Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
- Strongteamworking abilitywhile also being able to work independently
- A proactive approach and ability touse initiative
- Understanding ofschool safeguarding procedures
- Ability to manage abusy workloadwithstrong organisational skills
