School Caretaker

Experienced School Caretaker Needed - Primary School, Harrow

We're working with a friendly primary school in Harrow who are looking for an experienced school caretaker to join their site team full time, starting ASAP.

This is a hands on role for someone who knows schools inside out and takes real pride in keeping a safe, welcoming environment for pupils and staff.

The role includes:

• Day-to-day site maintenance and minor repairs
• Opening and securing the school premises
• Health and safety checks and compliance
• Supporting with cleanliness, security, and general upkeep
• Being a reliable, trusted presence around the school

You must have:

• Previous experience working as a school caretaker (essential)
• A clear DBS on the update service (essential)
• A practical, proactive approach and good attention to detail
• Reliability, flexibility, and a calm, professional manner

In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
