Job Overview

Brightwork Ltd is recruiting temporary PVG Chefs for healthcare sites in Edinburgh and the Lothians. The role involves meal preparation, cooking, stock control and HAACP duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and cooking of all meals
• Stock control and inventory management
• Executing HAACP procedures and maintaining food safety standards
• Adapting to variable work hours including weekends, weekdays and shift flexibility

Qualifications

• Previous chef experience
• Ideally qualified to SVQ Level 2 or equivalent
• Valid food hygiene certificate (elementary minimum)
• Flexibility with shift times and variable hours

Payment and Hours

Pay rate: £16.00 to £18.00 per hour.

Hours: Variable, including weekends, Monday Friday or mixed shifts.
