Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop the school administration team, undertake line management and appraisals
Monitor income and expenditure, support budget preparation, and produce regular financial reports in collaboration with the Trust Finance Manager
Ensure best value at all times, manage contracts and services, and explore income-generating opportunities through site usage
Oversee staff contracts, payroll, recruitment coordination, DBS checks, and maintain accurate personnel records
Oversee the development of marketing materials, website, and parental communications
